What information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, through our contact and booking forms (your name, phone number, email address, and any message or appointment details you provide), and when you call or email us. If you book or attend an appointment, we hold the appointment and clinical information needed to provide your hearing care; this is handled under our clinical records procedures, separately from the information this website collects.
We also collect limited technical and usage data automatically when you browse the site, such as pages visited, approximate location at town or region level, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site (for example, via a search engine, Google Ads or Facebook).
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and Google Tag Manager to manage these tools. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking form data for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.
